80sqm kitchen in a timeless, modern style for up to 30 guests at the cooking school at Kustermann am Viktualienmarkt.
Challenge
The size of the kitchen, the variety of equipment, and space for 30 guests. Mix of gastronomy and private kitchen.
Technically and in terms of planning, it was a challenge of the very highest level.
Implementation
The entire kitchen was designed in the corporate colours of Kustermann:
Olive green, black and white. Two oversized cooking islands offer space to work, the storage space is almost limitless and the top equipment from MIELE guarantees the best results.
